Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, D.C. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for large or set-of-two items.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Damaged in transit

If your lamp arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to return the damaged item.

Returns & refunds

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts included.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few additional days to post the refund.

Warranty

Lolikit table lamps come with a warranty of at least 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the problem, and we'll make it right.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number and the items you ordered. We use this information only to process, ship and support your order, and to reply to your questions.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal account details are entered on PayPal's secure systems and are never sent to or stored by Lolikit. PayPal's handling of your information is described in the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Sharing

We share your shipping details only with the carrier delivering your order and with service providers that help us run this website. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

This site stores your shopping cart in your browser so it's still there when you come back. We don't use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Products and pricing

We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment has been completed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud or if an item is out of stock.

Safety

Please follow the included instructions, use bulbs within the stated wattage, and keep lamps away from water and flammable materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
